And pensioners without housing are the first priority for housing delivery.
Referring to the memorandum of understanding signed between the country’s pension fund and the National Land and Housing Organization, he said: In this memorandum, people who have no housing and are registered in the national housing plan are given priority for housing.
The CEO of the National Pension Fund requested the retirees who have registered for the national housing to go to each of the Pension Fund offices in each province and provide their information in order to be prioritized for housing through this memorandum.
Turki clarified: According to the agreement, the units that will be prepared this year will be given to retirees based on priority, and based on the commitment of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, they will be prioritized next year.
He said: Participating in housing construction is one of the plans for pensioners of the National Pension Fund, and in this regard, we expect that the lands that are available to the National Land and Housing Organization will be provided to the fund in a cooperative manner and cover the cost of construction. The facilities of banks and units should be built and made available to this group of society.
