Google unveiled new features for Android, Wear OS and Chromebooks

In conjunction with Mobile World Congress 2023, Google unveiled several new features for Android, Wear OS and Chromebooks that can improve communication, productivity and accessibility of these products. These new features include support for Fast Pair on Chromebooks, the new Google Keeps widget on Android, and new accessibility modes on Wear OS.

The next mobile feature allows users to easily increase the size of content in the Chrome browser up to 300%. This feature increases the size of texts, images and videos while maintaining the layout of the page and allows the user to set the default size of the content as desired.

The next Android feature provides users with a widget to quickly access Google Keep notes and even see their daily to-do list from the home screen. Google is also adding two new shortcuts for creating notes and to-do lists in the Keep service to Wear OS watchfaces.
In addition, a feature has been added to the Android version of Google Drive so that the user can annotate PDF files with a smart pen or with his finger. In Wear OS, we see the addition of two new audio and display modes that are used to improve accessibility in watches. Wear OS audio mode allows you to use mono audio. The display mode is related to color correction and gray scale, which provides users with more settings.

Google says the Emoji Kitchen feature in Gboard has been updated and now supports new emoji combinations. Also, a new animation has been designed for payments in the Google Wallet app, which is shown when payments are confirmed.
