Granting housing purchase and construction facilities to handicraft artists

According to the Iran Economist, quoting a correspondent of the Maskan-Hibna Bank news website, according to this memorandum, 2,000 artifacts will be paid to handicraft artists and craftsmen by the end of 1400.
In the framework of this memorandum, based on the provisions of the Housing Bank, in addition to the 60 million Toman facility without a deposit in Tehran, it has provided the possibility of using the bond facility so that handicraft artists can benefit from a combined 200 million Toman housing purchase facility.
The ceiling of deposit-free facilities in Tehran is 60 million Tomans, in large cities with a population of over 200,000, 50 million Tomans, and in small cities 40 million Tomans. Applicants in large cities can simultaneously use the facilities of the certificate of priority of housing facilities (premium bonds) 160 million Tomans and in small cities 120 million Tomans. Facilities from the place of papers for artist couples can be doubled according to the city where they live.
The repayment period of the facility without a deposit is 10 years and the facility from the preferred bonds is 12 years.
Dr. Mahmoud Shayan said at the beginning of the meeting: “After the request of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts regarding the provision of facilities for the people of the field of handicrafts, we gladly accepted and made arrangements to sign a memorandum with this ministry immediately.”
The CEO of Maskan Bank added: “We hope that the signing of this memorandum will be the beginning of good cooperation between Maskan Bank and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts.”
Dr. Shayan emphasized: Maskan Bank is trying to take measures to increase the welfare of employees and artists.
Also at the ceremony, Saeed Ouhadi, Deputy Minister of Management Development and Resources of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, thanked the CEO of the Housing Bank for arranging the meeting and said: .
Emphasizing that I have known Dr. Shayan for more than 23 years, Ouhadi said: “I talked to Dr. Shayan about this issue last week, and he organized this meeting in less than a week, which shows that Dr. Shayan’s attention to the subject Has housing.
Ouhadi also pointed out that according to the statistics registered in our system, there are currently 520,000 artists working in the field of handicrafts, said: 75% of these artists are women and of this share. 80% of women are self-employed. He continued: “Therefore, the blessings of the memorandum signed between the Housing Bank and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts are evident in the life of this group of society.”
Pouya Mahmoudian, Deputy Minister of Handicrafts of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, also emphasized at the ceremony that this facility is valid until the end of 1400 to pay facilities to 2,000 artists and craftsmen in the field of handicrafts, and hoped that with the beginning of next year Managers of the Housing Bank extend this memorandum.
