Grossi: I hope I can revive the dialogue with Iran

According to the report of Fars News Agency International Group, Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency stated in a meeting at the Chatham House think tank that the situation will get worse without the JCPOA channel and the bilateral channel with Iran.

Grossi said: “Currently, the JCPOA channel and the bilateral channel with Iran are not in the best condition. I hope to revive, reset and strengthen this inevitable dialogue. “Without this, the situation will get worse.”

Rafael Grossi announced in an interview about two weeks ago that he will travel to Iran in February. He said on February 4: “I believe that I will go to Tehran in February to discuss this issue and the other issues that I described to you; “Perhaps to talk about the political talks that are very necessary.”

“They haven’t had nuclear proliferation yet,” he said. That is why we need to interact.”

In the past years, the International Atomic Energy Agency has paid attention to and repeated some of the claims made by the Zionist regime about Iran’s nuclear program. Tehran considered these claims to be fake and rejected them.

Mohammad Eslami, the head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, stated a few months ago that Tehran has given detailed answers to the questions raised by the International Atomic Energy Agency, but the agency bases its reports on information received from Iran’s enemies.

A few months ago, the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency passed a resolution that accuses Tehran of not cooperating with this international body regarding the discovery of “undeclared nuclear materials” in “several undeclared locations in Iran”.
