The Spamhaus Project threat tracking team released a picture of the fake email sent.

The fake warning messages were also endorsed by the US Department of Homeland Security. The FBI is part of the United States Department of Justice.

The hardware affected by the hack “went offline as soon as it was discovered,” the AFBI said.
