According to the reporter of Mehr, the 22nd film and television event of the Image World (Hafez statue) was held tonight, Saturday, the 8th of October, at the Royal Hall of Spinas Palace Hotel.
In this ceremony, which was accompanied by the presence of a group of artists, Behzad Farahani was honored for a lifetime of artistic activity.
Hadi Hejazi Far, Navid Mahmoudi, Reza Kamali, Yekta Nasser, Iman Safa, Dara Hayai, Mehdi Makki, Nora Hashemi, Pejman Jamshidi, Mehdi Miami, Meh Laqa Bagheri, Ashwan, Sara Hatami, Siavash Safarianpour, Karim Amini, Linda Kiani. Reza Yazdani, Majid Tavakoli, Nima Shabannejad, Siavash Khairabi, Hedi Bazund, Rabia Eskoui and a group of cinema and television artists are present in this ceremony.
This event, which was announced to be held at 19:30, started at 21:00 with the anthem of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The opening of the ceremony was held with a song by Mohsen Chavoshi with “Melka Zikr To Goyim” and images from the films “Muhammad Rasoolullah” by Majid Majidi, “Muhammad (PBUH)” by Mustafa Akkad, etc.
Also, a video of live images and words of Yad Ali Moalem, who is the founder of this event, was broadcasted.
Then Maryam Momen, a movie and TV actress known for the series “The Lady of the Mansion” appeared on the stage and welcomed the guests and read a poem by Hafez.
He said in his words: It was an honor for me to be on this stage for a few minutes where the veterans were present. I hope the next time I come on this stage will be for an award.
Then Mohammadreza Alimardani, the presenter and actor, went on stage to perform the ceremony.
Expressing how happy I am that it is my responsibility to carry out this magnificent program, he said: I apologize on behalf of the organizing group for the delay that occurred. We had to wait for loved ones who were on the way or in traffic to arrive.
The first piece of this ceremony was performed by the singer Reza Yazdani, who performed a poem by Hafez.
Next, the first part of the ceremony was dedicated to honoring Behzad Farahani, in the form of a clip, artists such as Mohammad Rahmanian, Reza Babak, Shahram Gilabadi, Abbas Jahangirian spoke about him. Behzad Farahani, in parts of his speech that could be viewed in the form of a video, mentioned his favorite works such as the series “Imam Ali” and “Magic Coat” and also said about radio shows that once closed the street .
Later, theater director Mohammad Rahmanian, Azar Memarian and Shagaig Farahani went on stage to honor this artist.
Rahmanian said in a speech on stage: Now that his name has been mentioned, let me tell you about these 60 years. As an actor, writer and director, he would not have been Kimiai if he did not have many cinema works, including “Stone Journey”.
He continued: He introduced and trained Parviz Perstowii, Majid Karbalai of Najaf, etc. He would not be a part of Iran’s history if he was not there, can we not mention the names of Farahani, Abbas Jawanmard, Avansian. We have been working and living together for thirty years and now I am standing here in the place of all his students.
In response to people’s applause, Farahani said: I was jealous of myself for the first time.
This actor further mentioned Yadullah Shirandami. He also mentioned Ali Moalem and said: When Ali Moalem was in the class, the weight of the class changed.
He added: Ali was very honest. He was brave. He was clean, very creative and not a censor, and perhaps because of his qualities he was drawn to the press.
Azar Memarian welcomed the audience and then Omid Moalem, the secretary of the event, took the stand and said: We need empathy more than ever. The most important pillar of society is its culture, and we cannot live without culture and art, and people of art protect the whole society.
In another part of his speech, without directly referring to the lack of radio works among the candidates, he stated: Everything you see in Hafez is the result of a professional judgment. A film or series has never been treated based on politics. We are of the opinion that if a collection is not among the candidates, there have been problems that are not those collections.
Next, the awards ceremony started with awarding the best documentary and the best short film.
The award for the best documentary went to Siavash Safarianpour for directing “Captain Man”.
Presenting the award to his wife and Ismail Mirfakhrai, he said in a short speech: I am very grateful to Bahram Radan, the producer of the documentary, who decided to take this path.
The best short film award also went to Samad Alizadeh for directing “13 Years Old”.
Next, the best comedy actress award was given to Roya Afshar.
Afshar said: This award makes me proud. It is my first time to come to Hafez festival and I am a little nervous. Such awards make our work difficult. I am proud because if I got this award, I had good teachers who were women from my country.
He requested: Be kinder to the cultural society, it is not the place of artists to be imprisoned.
Jamshid Mahmoudi and Reza Baharond won the award for the best TV series script for the series “Lion’s Skin”.
Baharond, the author of the series, said: I am grateful to Prasto Moin, who helped us in writing the script. I dedicate this award to girls who can’t be in their father’s arms.
Then Jamshid Mahmoudi, the writer and director of this series, also said: I thank the “Lion Skin” team for helping us for 14 months. I would like to thank Navid Mahmoudi for helping us a lot in writing the plan. His company is very important to me and I cannot imagine cinema without him. May the soul of Ali Moalem be happy, who was the founder of this celebration.
Mohammadreza Alimardani announced that 2 awards have been allocated to this section for the best song of the film and series, and both the winners could not attend.
The first prize went to Mohsen Chavoshi for the series “Rahim Ken” who had thanked the people with a letter.
Also, the second prize went to Alireza Ghorbani, the title singer of the “Innocent” series, who thanked the judges by sending a video.
The award for the best male actor in comedy went to Mehran Ghafourian, the actor of “Blue Nissan” series.
Ghafourian said in a speech: I finally got the Hafez award. Ali is a teacher, there is no place for you.
The award for the best female drama actress was given to Hoda Zain al-Abidin for the series “Rahim Ken”.
The award for the best actor in a drama went to Alireza Kamali for the series “Lion Skin”.
Kamali said in a speech: I remember Ali Moalem, that twenty years ago I worked on a series that no one watched except me and my family, but Mr. Moalem invited us to this event. I present this award to someone who was both a father and a mother to me for a lifetime. I lost my father when I was young and I dedicate the award to my mother.
In the continuation of this ceremony, the prize for the selected series of 1400 among television and home network products was awarded, which, according to the judges’ explanation, was awarded to Tina Pakrovan for reviving national identity and improving quantitative and qualitative standards for writing and directing “Khatoon”. Of course, “Khatoon” series did not participate in the competitive part of this event.
In the continuation of this ceremony, the award for the best television personality went to Adel Ferdosipour. Azar Memarian and Omid Moalem presented the statue and prize of this section.
Ferdowsipour said in a speech amid the applause of the audience: “Winning an award is always a pleasure. I have always won an award in these years, but the grace of this award is something else.”
He added: In these few years, you know what happened and how the doors were closed on me. I am happy that I stayed with my dear people and I can work in my country. I am very happy that we have been active in “360” together with our colleagues who started from scratch for almost a year and now this program is seen well.
Two awards were given in the direction of the best TV series.
The first prize for the best director of a television series went to Nima Javidi for “Actor”.
Javidi said in a speech: I won this award last time for the movie “Redhead” and I am happy to receive this attractive award again.
The second prize was also awarded to Jamshid Mahmoudi for the series “Lion Skin”.
Mahmoudi said in a speech: Hadi Hijazi Far is here and I must say that I am grateful to him. He is a filmmaker and writer
And I got help from him wherever I needed.
Referring to Adel Ferdowsipour, who received his award from him, he said: When the “Ninety” program was closed, I said that it was impossible to remove Adel, and he sprouted in such a way that they felt that he could not be removed. did Is it possible to eliminate people who have worked hard for this country for years?
The award for the best television series and online streaming platforms also went to Navid Mahmoudi for the “Lion Skin” series.
Navid Mahmoudi said in a speech: Women naturally love the men next to them, if we can, we are definitely lovable to them.
He added: “Lionskin” was the result of the efforts of two Afghan immigrant brothers to Iran together with a team. I mentioned this to say that cinema doesn’t care where you are, whether you are poor or… it makes you dream.
Later, all the actors of “Lion’s skin” came on the stage, which was applauded by the audience.
In this section, Hijazi Far said: Thank you for showing us your love and kindness. I hope this team will continue to work, we were a family.
Jamshid Mahmoudi further recalled: I was involved in writing and editing 40 sessions of the work, and Navid was filming and directing, so he took over part of the direction.
In the continuation of the ceremony, Abbas Kiarostami’s award (best experimental film) went to Ali Behrad for the film “Imagination”, who was not present at the ceremony.
The award for the best technical and artistic achievement went to Amirhossein Qudsi for the movie “Bey All Things”.
Qudsi said in a speech: “These are not good days for my classmates.” I hope that our union demands will return to us and we can work.
The award for best editing also went to Imad Khodabakhsh for the movie “Bey All Things”.
The best cinematography award was given to Vahid Ebrahimi for the movie “Mahdi’s Situation”, who said: This is my first cinematography award. I am grateful for the trust of Hijazi Far who helped me.
The award for the best soundtrack went to Hossein Alizadeh for the music of the movie “Atabai”, who was not present at the ceremony.
A special individual achievement award was also given to Hadi Hijazi Far.
The award for the best screenplay went to Omid Shams, Bahman Ark and Ali Sarahang for the movie “Private Meeting”.
In the following, Azar Memarian went on stage to present the special prize of the jury and said that this prize has been assigned to Arslan Amiri for “Zalava”.
Amiri further said: The biggest obstacle for new experiences is the Construction Permit Council and the Farabi Foundation. In the new period, there were 2 screenplays like “Zalava” that were not licensed, although they were not very experimental. I hope that no attempt will be made to form censorship and homogenization.
Later, Ali Oji, the director of the ceremony, went on stage and said: Cinema must continue its work in any form.
There were 2 awards for the best actress and male actor.
The first prize went to Sadaf Espahbedi for the movie “Grassland”.
The second prize was also awarded to Elnaz Shakerdoost for the film “TT”, who was not present at the ceremony and thanked the judges in a video.
In the other part of the ceremony, the first prize for the best male actor went to Pejman Jamshidi for the movie “Grassland” who said: “Maybe when I first entered the cinema, I had very big dreams, but now my dream is the happiness of people and my dream is to be my mother.” .
The second prize of this section went to Bahram Afshari for the movie “Fossil”. Afshari presented his award to the female artists and said: I hope the word forbidden does not exist anymore.
The best director award was also given to Aida Pahanandeh for the movie “TT”, who was not present in the theater.
In the final part of the ceremony, the best film award went to Amir Banan for “Private Meeting”.
