“Masoud Haji Zavareh” On Monday, before sending to the 25th World Taekwondo Championships in Mexico, in an exclusive interview with IRNA reporter, he stated that all the team members are in the conditions of the competition and are fully prepared, adding: To all the team members in Mexico for Success and winning a medal, we hope that they will show good performance.
He added: “The national taekwondo team in this period of competition is a combination of young and experienced people who have passed good and energetic training in the national team camp and are ready to be proud and face the best in the world in this field.”
The national Taekwondo team coach added: 190 countries of the world are participating in this tournament, and because the score of this tournament plays an important role in getting the athletes’ Olympic quota, therefore, all the teams will be present in this tournament with their maximum strength.
Hajizavareh named Iran’s most important rivals as the teams of South Korea, China and Thailand and reminded: All the present teams have skinned to participate in these competitions and it cannot be said that any team is weak.
He emphasized: The technical staff has made a lot of efforts so far so that the team members go according to the plan and enter the match with the best technical and physical conditions and can show their best performance in this period.
According to IRNA, the 25th World Taekwondo Championship will be hosted by Mexico on November 22-29. Accordingly, the members of the national team of our country are sent to these competitions in the form of three groups on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Mehla Momenzadeh, Ghazal Soltani, Nahid Kiyani, Narges Mirnoorollahi, Zainab Esmaili and Akram Khodabandeh will participate in the women’s group under the guidance of Mino Madah as the head coach, Neda Zare and Mehrooz Saee as coaches in this tournament.
In the men’s group, Mehdi Haj Musaei, Hossein Lotfi, Metin Rezaei, Reza Kalhar, Mirhashem Hosseini, Mehran Bakhdari, Abolfazl Abbasi and Sajjad Mardani make up the national taekwondo team of our country.
The national team is led by Bijan Moqanlu as the head coach. Masoud Haji Zawareh and Naima Khajovi are also present as coaches in the technical staff.
Masoud Hajizavareh was born in 1367 in Kermanshah, he is a former member of Iran’s national taekwondo team, who has won medals in world and Asian championship competitions, and is currently working as a coach with the national team.
