He added: Out of 400 handicraft fields in the world, 299 fields are related to Iran. We have revived eight obsolete courses, out of which we have announced 269 courses, and now this has been done. In the perspective of transformation, the problem we have is that the head of the organization and organization has a transformation, but unfortunately, the body of managers and agents of transformation does not understand the transformation, as a result, the work is not completed.
Engineer Zarghami said: We tried to solve problems in the radio and television under the name of Afgh Media, and I explained the most important issues to the management body.

He added: “The second system of our problems is that the missions of our ministry are trans-sectoral and different devices should be activated in our areas.” We have common issues with the endowment organization, municipality and police forces. So far, we have signed memorandums of understanding with seven devices. We have to give permits to campers, for this purpose we had a meeting with the police force and solved the problem of these permits.

He continued: Cultural advisors have missions all over the world and each of them can act as our manager. We solved a lot of issues, and in this regard, the cultural consultants were the founders of this work.
Engineer Zarghami, pointing out that the field of tourism includes domestic and foreign, said: In many countries of the world, up to 80% of tourism is domestic; Domestic tourism causes distribution of wealth, when domestic tourism is strengthened, production, employment and wealth are strengthened.
He added: In the field of foreign tourism compared to neighboring countries, the first step I took was that the travel service offices of this field, which were closed for 20 months due to Corona, were opened with my words and we had nearly 3 million foreign tourists.
Engineer Zarghami said: Our infrastructure has a serious problem. We held many meetings with different devices to solve the infrastructure problem. We had zero sea tourism while we have 5400 km of beaches. Tomorrow I have a meeting with the island authorities for cruise ships to launch sea tourism for the Qatar Games.
He added: “It is still not possible to dock large ships, but I had meetings with the head of shipping ports to solve the problems in this area. Right now, our airlines are having problems. They made a mistake and said that if foreign tourists come, they will have to pay more for the plane.” Although the decree was canceled, airlines still have problems in the price department.
Engineer Zarghami also said: Our accommodation centers are not good and the number of high quality hotels is limited. The number of our hotels is less than only Istanbul. We have 6,000 accommodation centers with under 60,000 rooms. With the policies we had, we had a serious boom in permits and construction of accommodation centers. 364 government projects worth 11 billion Tomans are opened per week. We are looking for cheap tourism. Many of our people do not have the power to travel. We give loans to two-star hotels and guesthouses, and last year we gave 3,700 billion tomans of note 18 loans and we were among the first institutions.
He continued: “We are in a good position to invest in accommodation centers and ports and maritime tourism in the field of providing facilities.” One of our serious obstacles in this area is Iranophobia, which slows down the growth of tourists entering Iran.
The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts stated: One of our problems is the correct statistical system. The sources that have to provide statistics have different statistics, we are harmonizing the statistical system with the help of other devices. We cannot announce any definite statistics. Tourism and travel are the right of all people and our economy is stable because of this. Our people and the lower class should have the bottom of the journey. We planned on cheap travel from the beginning. We have just talked to some parts of the ministry to do this and we have considered cheap guest houses for the people so that the trip is cheap.
He further said: “Tehran was not our tourism hub in the past, but this year, with our efforts, we announced the tourist areas of Ray Tehran and Shemiranat in the booklet, which was well received by the people.” All our five-star hotels were full this year. In the past, 10% of Tehran’s accommodation centers were filled during the holidays, but this year, 60% of Tehran’s accommodation centers were filled. In Nowruz this year, we introduced new cities to replace the cities whose capacity was being completed, and the travel service headquarters was fully active during Nowruz and did not allow a crisis for people to stay.
Engineer Zarghami stated: In big cities and metropolises, people are not used to urban tourism, we tried to show the people by publishing Tehran tourism book that we are signing a memorandum of understanding with Tehran Municipality and soon a tourism organization will be launched in Tehran Municipality. .
Pointing to the lack of coordination between various agencies, he said: “If it is necessary to put a sign introducing a work on the road to promote tourism, we cannot do it, but now with the coordination we did with the Ministry of Roads, this problem has been solved.” There is a law that the roads are under the control of the publicity department of the Ministry of Roads, and they say that the Ministry of Cultural Heritage cannot put up signs. We approved a regulation in the government, which is related to Article 100 of the Sixth Development Plan Law, and in one of the clauses, it allows the Ministry of Cultural Heritage to install a sign.
The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts continued: Everyone has to help in various areas such as Nowruz Tsunami because the Security Council is coming. The comprehensive law of the ministry has been prepared and is being reviewed in various commissions. We have intersection with different devices and one of our discussions is to use the facilities of other devices in the field of tourism. For a region like Arvand, we wrote a plan so that all the facilities of the institutions like the Ministry of Oil come to the aid of tourism. My major is civil engineering and I am familiar with various issues of architecture and civil engineering, but I was the head of the Broadcasting Organization and I was present in all areas of the country and I listened and acted on them for hours. If he was a first-class cultural heritage expert in a ministry like the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, it does not mean that he has a good management record and can manage. When a person has managerial qualities, it is definitely recognized to manage that ministry.
He continued: In my opinion, my appointments are the best managerial appointments. I have 20 managers in the 60s, my tourism deputy is in the 60s and is among the first-rate people in ideological fields and various tourism issues. I chose 20 serious young people as senior managers and along with that we used the experiences of experienced managers. Mr. Darabi was one of the best and most successful managers in the time of broadcasting and today he is one of the most successful managers of cultural heritage. They have a good track record during this period.
The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts stated: One of the biggest things I have to do is communication with other institutions.
