Heritage for sale at the price of four wheels

Auction wood to geographical identity through the exchange of pristine lands of Mazandaran by car, although not a new phenomenon, but these days with the departure of the corona and the resurgence of tourism has once again become a hot business for brokers to become more of a province of tourism Keep a safe distance.
According to the IRNA correspondent, Mazandaran has been known as the most important domestic and sometimes foreign tourism destination for about a century, from the resort of Qajar kings to naming a resort on this green region of the southern shore of the Caspian Sea, Mazandaran has always been the focal point of travel Gaining peace has been for Iranians, especially those living in the capital.
However, tourism in Mazandaran was not the same as we see today in developed tourism countries, because in the shadow of the name of tourism and tourism, this province moved to the main center of the latter and as a permanent resort. Of course, this process began when there was less talk of pollution in Tehran and the presence of dust in the central and southern provinces, drought, as well as reduced rainfall and global warming.
Gradually, these factors accelerated the movement of Mazandaran to welcome the permanent housing of the second house, so that today in the villages and summer houses of this province, we see an abundance of villas and even non-native apartments, so that in some villages completely native inhabitants Evacuated and all residents are non-natives. Evidence of this claim is several villages in areas such as Chamestan, Noor and other western areas of the province.
The migratory ecosystem has progressed to the point that today most travelers and tourists in Mazandaran live in illegal rental villas and some of them buy land and build villas or villas because of the sweet taste of their sleeping villas.
Today, Mazandaran and the tourism of this province are caught in an emerging phenomenon that has somewhat targeted the cultural dimension as well as the personality of the people of the province. The widespread propaganda of exchanging villas and land for cars, which is now recklessly displayed on the billboards of real estate agencies, is another pain that will openly invalidate tourism and travel, and paint a vague future for this green land.
Of course, this may seem insignificant and repetitive to many, but let us remember that today’s tourism crises were shouted through the media two decades ago and at the same time were treated with a lot of disdain and even ridicule, so let’s think maybe Today’s issue is tomorrow’s crisis.
Undeniable new lifestyle
Sociologist Fatemeh Yousefi told IRNA: “Normally, land trading by car is not an unusual issue and is common in transactions, but in recent years, some people in Mazandaran have used the most pristine mountainous, forested and rural lands.” Attached to their identities, they have struggled to obtain wood for luxury cars, an issue that needs to be rooted out.
He added: “Several important factors contribute to this event, one of which is the exposure to the life of the capital and the high modeling of the Mazandaran community of the so-called luxury lifestyle of the capital.” Of course, this does not apply to all the people of Mazandaran, but it is clearly evident in many cities and even villages.
The sociologist said: “The constant and weekly presence of the capital’s residents, especially in the central and western cities, and the temptation of their way of life for the local people, creates a kind of conflict and frustration, and through this some people voluntarily or by force of members.” Families are trying to change their lifestyle, and to achieve this costly style, they need their own salesman or not.
He cited the lack of proper laws to prevent villa construction and the unregulated sale and purchase of land as another effective factor, saying that if land use change is fought according to the law and strict regulations, naturally a significant part of The facilities of such brokers will also be dismantled.
Yousefi said: “But with all these interpretations, it must be admitted that today the lifestyle of the people of Mazandaran has changed or is changing for any reason, and unfortunately this new style leads the people of Mazandaran to enjoy more facilities and welfare and to achieve This welfare will be willing to pass even their most important heritage, which is the ancestral lands.
He added: “Exchanging land by car is a form of profiteering from the situation of the people to take advantage of difficult economic conditions and class pressures in which a person at least ostensibly sells his possessions to taste good life, and on the other hand exchanging land and house in This province has become a trap for the temptation of the natives.
Agricultural disability in the economy of the people of Mazandaran
This expert emphasized: The most important factor that still originates from the economy is the disability and bankruptcy of the agricultural industry in the consumerist economy and high expectations of today’s life, and it must be accepted that other agricultural work that the main economy of Mazandaran people live through Can not meet the expectations of individuals and families.
Yousefi continued: “At one time, agriculture on rice fields used to cover the cost of several families, while today it is not possible to provide one family with agricultural income.” Along with this issue, we should also mention the appearance of life and the advanced facilities of the day, which unfortunately, due to the staggering prices, are only available to a certain class.
He said: “For example, it is not possible for a farmer and a villager to buy a luxury car with agricultural income, and in order to achieve such a thing, he has to sell his property so that he may be able to buy it.” Therefore, it must be admitted that traditional agriculture does not meet the needs of the people of Mazandaran today.
The sociologist said that the development of tourism along with agriculture could solve most of the economic problems of the people of the region, adding: “Unfortunately, the lack of proper planning of the local community and officials led to people selling land and villas instead of using the tourism industry.” If many neighboring countries, including Turkey, entered the field of tourism on the basis of traditional and natural resources.
Slow death of a dream
Mohammad Hassan Zal, a tourism expert, said in an interview with IRNA: “If we want to look at Mazandaran as an industrial province, we must consider an industry in this province that is consistent with the texture and land management of the region.”
He said that the existence of many disproportionate industries has been troublesome and harmful for Mazandaran so far, adding: “Unfortunately, even non-industrial areas in Mazandaran turned to industry under the pretext of employment and earning money, unaware that the industry that is created in Mazandaran should To be compatible with agriculture, forest and sea of this region.
Associate Professor of Tourism Department of Mazandaran University, emphasizing that Mazandaran has an extraordinary blessing such as tourist attractions, continued: Tourism is the most appropriate industry with the climate of Mazandaran and the northern region of the country, but nevertheless we in all these years in this regard We went astray and instead of using the tourism money-making industry, we started selling land.
He said: “Unfortunately, our people do not believe in tourism and instead of using tourism capacities, they have taken a path that will be an exhausting procedure and in the near future, it will be nothing but the erosion of land resources.”
This tourism expert likened the sale of land to the sale of crude oil and said: “The sale of land in Mazandaran is the same as the sale of crude, which only harms the region’s economy, and there is no difference between selling land with cash or a car, and both are pure mistakes.” .
He said: “Currently, with the increase in the price of cars, the capitalists will exchange a car that is priced at three billion tomans for a property that is in a recession in the current period, and in the coming years will receive huge profits from this property.” .
Emphasizing that Mazandaran lands have potential for tourism development, the professor added: “Unfortunately, we do not understand the high value of our lands because these lands can be offered as a tourist destination, but instead to expand tourism.” Used in pieces and auctioned.
He added: Mazandaran gardens are considered as the lungs of the country, because a garden that can have tourism as a product in addition to producing a product should be subject to stock exchanges and game brokers. Selling our ancestral lands is like selling body parts. Is anyone willing to loot their organs and organs for money?
Zal pointed to the effects of land sales and said: with the excessive sale of land, the demographic and cultural context of the province will change and Mazandaran will become popular and will no longer have any attraction for tourists.
This university professor emphasized: if no measures are thought in this regard, the cultural security of Mazandaran will be destroyed in the future and multiculturalism will be created in Mazandaran that will lead to nothing but crowds and high prices. For example, consider a region that The population will increase from one thousand to seven thousand and half of its people do not belong to Mazandaran, and in this case, both climatic resources and population composition will be destroyed and this multiple culture will have no attraction in the future.
He continued by stating that all the attractions of Mazandaran are being destroyed: “Currently, we need an intra-provincial law to solve this problem, because on the lands that are the lungs of the country and the plant grows in its place.” Cement is extracted and turned into a villa that can be used by residents twice a year.
Zal added: “Unfortunately, the sale of land, the fragmentation of garden lands, and the subsequent widespread activity without property supervision in all parts of Mazandaran has become a problem that in the not too distant future not only the tourism industry of Mazandaran but also the region and even Will plunder the culture of Mazandaran.
Finally, he said: “Our lands are our cultural and economic credit, which unfortunately we have not been well trained in how to use them, and we are even willing to exchange our ancestral lands for a Benz.”
