According to the head of Alborz Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts General Administration, there is a preliminary committee and an appeals committee to deal with complaints from tourism facilities in the General Administration, and the members of each are formed according to the regulations.
Referring to holding an appeals committee regarding a complaint from a travel service office, the Finance Minister said: All cases in this regard were taken into consideration and the necessary decision will be issued after additional investigations.
He expressed his hope that tourist facilities will put the provision of good services to tourists on their agenda and stated: Tourists should also note that they must use tourist facilities licensed by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts; Otherwise, no one is responsible for possible incidents and damages.
