Holding a specialized educational meeting of Iranian insurance legal experts
According to the report of Puli-Fali news, quoted from Iran’s insurance public relations, Kaviani Far stated that the purpose of holding this meeting is to think about common legal components in various fields of recovery, lawsuits, administration and outsourcing, unveiling the electronicization of all legal affairs and said In this meeting, the statements and opinions of experts are presented in specialized panels, then these cases and the talks of friends are discussed and exchanged.
He added: The various expert opinions shared by the experts in these panels are delivered to the legal management by the secretary of the panel for follow-up, review and implementation. Definitely, the use of these expert opinions will lead to the development and dynamism of the company’s legal complex.
He further noted: In this meeting, which is different from the previous meetings, we will pay more attention to the opinions, requests and needs of the legal experts of the provinces, because the legal colleagues of the provinces have something to say about these issues in this meeting. It will be carefully received and analyzed so that by solving their concerns, more work motivation will be created.
The General Legal Director of Iran Insurance added: Therefore, from the beginning, we held this joint meeting differently in 6 specialized panels, in order to discuss more different issues related to recovery, lawsuits, administrative affairs, and the demands of experts in the field of human resources and their expectations in various projects. to be discussed.
At the end, after summarizing the panels and presenting the opinions of each panel by the speaker, the best speaker will be awarded a prize.
