Holding an extraordinary general meeting of Pasargad insurance

According to financial news, the ordinary general assembly of Pasargad Insurance was held under the chairmanship of Vahid Bagheri, and Abbas Kafafi and Amirhossein Bahramian as supervisors and Hamid Ahmadzadeh as secretary of the meeting accompanied him in holding the assembly. Also, in this meeting, Seyed Morteza Hosni Aghda, Vice President of Economic and Support, presented a report on the performance of Pasargad Insurance to the assembly.

It should be noted that, according to the agenda of the ordinary general assembly, Masoum Zamiri, Hamid Ahmadzadeh Kashani, Abolqasem Dabagh, Nasraleh Tahmasabi Ashtiani and Rahim Mossadegh were appointed as main members and Hadi Jamalian, Hamid Abdul Hossein Hariri and Mir Ali Motahari as alternate members. The board of directors were elected for a period of two years.
