Holding Khuzestan Nowruz events with the priority of using popular organizations

According to the report of Arya Heritage, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Khuzestan, a meeting and coordination meeting of the executive headquarters of the travel services of the province on March 28, 1401, with the presence of Mohammad Hossein Arstozadeh, Director General of Cultural Heritage, his deputies and a group of tourism activists with the aim of coordinating tourism programs in Nowruz 1402 , was held at the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Khuzestan in Ahvaz.

Referring to the issues raised in this meeting, Aristozadeh stated: Considering the fact that Nowruz tourism days coincide with the holy month of Ramadan, special measures should be taken to organize the programs. People’s organization was held in the field of tourism, the programs that are going to be held by these organizations were reviewed.

He added: In general, our approach during the days of Nowruz 1402 is to attract the general participation of subordinate institutions and people’s organizations, city Islamic councils and mayors in holding local and provincial events and rituals, and the capacity, capabilities and creativity are used in various ceremonies. and maximize local participation.

The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Khuzestan further stated: holding exhibitions, Nowruz and especially handicrafts exhibitions in the province and in the city of Ahvaz, setting up exhibitions of religious paintings, launching tourist buses, rail tourism, and conducting tours in the desired Ahvaz Astronomy Tourism Center. which will be specially organized by popular organizations.

Pointing to the fact that our emphasis for holding Nowruz events is outsourcing with the priority of popular organizations, he added: based on the coordination, it has been decided that the capacity of popular organizations will be used to guide tourists at Ahvaz International Airport and the railway, and so on. These capacities should also be used in other cities and regions that attract tourists.
