Holding the first event of the Grand Prize of Contemporary Painting of Iran

In this event, which will be held in cooperation with the Association of Iranian Painters, the Grand Prize of Contemporary Iranian Painting worth 700 million Rials to an artist and two prizes each worth 150 million rials will be awarded to selected artists.

Promotion of painting media in particular and visual arts in general, creating a platform for displaying contemporary approaches in Iranian painting, paving the way for the growth and development of Iranian artists, the growth of visual culture of audiences at different levels of society, selection and annual introduction of contemporary Iranian artists to society Audiences, honoring the activities of selected artists, creating a dynamic and lively atmosphere in the Iranian visual arts scene by focusing on the painting media, as well as encouraging various economic institutions in support of art and artists are among the goals of this event.

Registration and submission of works to participate in this event will begin on the 7th of Aban, and this process will continue until 4:00 PM on Sunday, the 30th of Aban. Also, an exhibition will be held on the 12th of December in order to display the selected works.
