After raising the issue in the central headquarters, following up on the implementation of the general policies of the resistance economy in the judiciary and submitting the necessary reports to the insurance members of this headquarters, agreeing with the proposal of the Secretary General of the Iranian Insurers’ Syndicate and following the development of the implementation guidelines and its approval by the first deputy of the judiciary. Among the tasks of this working group is coordination and follow-up for the accurate and fast implementation of the approvals of the central headquarters and the good implementation of the policies and approvals of this working group, issues related to the insurance industry in the judiciary and insurance institutions, as well as coordination in the implementation of preventive tasks with the approach of avoiding parallel work. Regarding issues related to the relevant guidelines and identifying issues and problems between the judiciary and the insurance industry and providing feasible and specialized legal cooperation to resolve existing problems and obstacles.
