After raising the issue in the central headquarters, following up on the implementation of the general policies of the resistance economy in the judiciary and submitting the necessary reports to the insurance members of this headquarters, agreeing with the proposal of the Secretary General of the Iranian Insurers’ Syndicate and following the development of the implementation guidelines and its approval by the first deputy of the judiciary. The judiciary was notified to the syndicate.
Among the tasks of this working group is coordination and follow-up for the accurate and fast implementation of the approvals of the central headquarters and the good implementation of the policies and approvals of this working group, issues related to the insurance industry in the judiciary and insurance institutions, as well as coordination in the implementation of preventive tasks with the approach of avoiding parallel work. Regarding issues related to the relevant guidelines and identifying issues and problems between the judiciary and the insurance industry and providing feasible and specialized legal cooperation to resolve existing problems and obstacles.
Among the useful and valuable effects and results of the formation of this working group, we can mention the creation of coordination and the elimination of existing judicial shortcomings and problems. The approvals of this working group will be notified to all judicial courts and insurance institutions for implementation after the approval of the first deputy of the judiciary.
Also, based on the instructions of this working group, the legal and executive issues and challenges related to insurance institutions and judicial courts will be raised and discussed and a decision will be made in the expert meetings of this working group.

In the continuation of the meeting, Dr. Jamadi expressed his satisfaction with the start of the work of this working group and thanked the actions of the insurers’ union, and expressed hope that the expert approvals of this working group will speed up and facilitate the affairs of insurers and insurance institutions.
The Deputy Attorney General of the country stated: direct and indirect cases presented in public and revolutionary courts and judicial courts are in the second tier of the number of cases entering the judicial courts, and it is hoped that by using the arbitration center and its method, especially setting up The specialized branches of insurance affairs in the judicial courts have significantly reduced the number of insurance affairs cases brought to the courts.
