According to the financial news report, citing the public relations of the National Bank of Iran, in this meeting, Abbas Shafiei, the chairman of the board of directors of the National Bank, Seyed Farid Mousavi and Samad Aziznejad, members of the board of directors, Mohammad Shirijian, a member of the executive board and vice president of planning, Hamedreza Faqihian Alirezaei. Najarzadeh stated: In the recruiting department, by conducting tests and identifying capable and talented people, it is working well, but there are problems in the two stages of maintaining and developing the knowledge and skills of human resources.
Emphasizing the use of the scientific capacities of universities to solve the problems of the country’s banking system, he said: National Bank of Iran has the best body of experts in the banking system, so the bank’s problems should be formulated through a survey of employees and proposed in the Supreme Research Council, and the solution It should also be examined by research and academic centers.
The head of the National Bank of Iran, referring to the importance of consultation and consensus, said: We should call on employees and retirees to identify weaknesses and problems with their knowledge and experience so that they can be raised in this council.
Najarzadeh said: In the needs assessment and identification of issues, in addition to the National Bank of Iran, all the issues of the banking system should be investigated and researched.
Abbas Shafiei, the chairman of the board of directors of the National Bank of Iran, also emphasized the practical importance of choosing a topic for the research and said: for the success of the research, it is necessary to use the capacity of the bank employees.
He added: “Using the capacity of bank employees to cooperate in research requires culture building in this field.”
In this meeting, Seyed Farid Mousavi, a member of the board of directors, emphasized the importance of choosing accurate topics for research.
Mousavi stated: The result of these researches should be reliable and obtained based on precise scientific methods.
In this meeting, Samad Azizinejad, a member of the bank’s board of directors, emphasized the importance of developing the optimal process of the bank’s research projects with the aim of solving the problems of the National Bank of Iran.
Mohammad Shirijian, a member of the executive board and vice president of planning, also presented various parts of the research system and its instructions in this meeting.
It should be mentioned that at the end of this meeting, Dr. Taimur Rahmani, a member of the academic faculty of Tehran University, and Dr. Mohammad Nemati, a member of the academic faculty of Imam Sadiq University (AS), were appointed as members of the Supreme Research Policy Council by the head of the National Bank of Iran.
