According to the financial news report, citing the public relations of the National Bank of Iran, Kazemi, a member of the board of directors and the owner of the strategic theme committee for the excellence of human capital, emphasized the special importance of human resources in the National Bank of Iran and stated: Our priority is to pay attention to human capital. . Experience has shown that traditional methods are not effective and should be replaced by new methods in the field of human resources management.

He also pointed to the HRM system (human resource management software) and said: Every organization should use the HRM system and it is considered a necessity for the National Bank of Iran to use this system in order to empower the company.

In the continuation of this meeting, after presenting the projects by the managers and announcing the progress status of the ongoing projects, the upcoming challenges and obstacles were discussed and at the end, the necessary solutions and instructions were given to remove the obstacles and accelerate the implementation of the mentioned plans and programs. The relevant executives were presented.
