Hormozgan governor meets with members of the parliament’s cultural commission

The governor of Hormozgan called the construction of a sea cable car from Qeshm Island at the time another project studied by the tourism sector and said: “Currently, the initial study of this project has been done and it is necessary for this project to be supported nationally.”
He said that the public sector can act as a supporter and linker of large sub-projects in the islands of the province, adding that so far negotiations have been held with a large economic complex for the initial management of this tourism complex.
The members of the Cultural Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly expressed their views on the development of tourism activities, especially in the islands of the province.
The need to compile a cultural appendix for tourism projects was one of the most important issues raised by members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
Ali Asghar Shalbafian, Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, also thanked the Cultural Affairs Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and said: “The view of the Assembly on the issue of tourism has always been supportive.”
He added: the tourism problems of Hormoz Island should be raised in the provincial planning council and to solve the problem of Hormoz Island, all the organs of the province should be working.
Noting that some of the businesses that have been established on the island of Hormuz are not licensed, Shalbafian added: “Unlicensed businesses harm licensed businesses.”
