Mehr News Agency – Group of Provinces: The elections of the Islamic Council in the twelfth period are going through stages one after the other and are approaching more sensitive stations. The election of the Islamic Council in North Khorasan includes 3 main constituencies and one sub-constituency, which are the cities of Bojnord, Mane, Samlaqan, Razojarglan, it is hot and Jajarm in one constituency, and the cities of Esfrain and Shirvan are separately included in other main constituencies of North Khorasan. Faruj city together with Qochan city in Razavi Khorasan province have formed a joint constituency between the two provinces.

Passing the main stages of registration and announcing the status of the candidates’ qualifications for the parliamentary elections, the conditions have become clearer for the people and the candidates. At the same time, the provincial supervisory boards and then the Guardian Council are re-examining the qualifications, which may be different from today’s situation after the decision of the supervisory boards. But some candidates, who are sure of possible approval due to their performance background, have started the engine of their electoral actions little by little.

The constituencies of Esfrain, Bam and Safi Abad cities are among the places where the election competition can be observed quite seriously since the last few months. In such a way that the main candidates of these two cities have sought to re-present themselves to the people by participating in various programs and ceremonies and have tried to attract the voters’ opinion with every action and trick. Among the events in this field, we can mention the presence of one of the possible candidates in a provincial ceremony, where he gave a eulogy in the mourning program.

The virtual activities of the supporters of these two possible election candidates are also taking place, and in addition to expressing their achievements, performances and actions during their tenure, they are somehow responding to the doubts raised by other people.

Shirvan city, as the second most populous city in North Khorasan, is also witnessing election contests, but with the difference that some of the candidates’ conditions are challenging in terms of verifying their qualifications, and except for one candidate, the presence conditions of others depend on the announcement of the opinion of the Supervisory Board and the Guardian Council for permission to Entry is another candidate.

Due to the vastness of this area, the candidates in the electoral district of the capital of the province are taking help from popular communication networks or they are looking to activate pre-designed networks in the past so that they can advertise at the right time.

The necessity of more active participation of North Khorasan judicial administrators in the executive committees and monitoring of elections

Hojjatul Islam and Muslimeen Reza Baratizadeh, in the seventh meeting of the Council of Judicial Directors of the province, while explaining the importance of the March elections of this year, asked the relevant institutions to make more efforts in order to provide the means to hold passionate, healthy, competitive and magnificent elections.

He said: The priority of the judicial system in the field of elections is to try to prevent the occurrence of crimes and election violations, and for this purpose, the executive and monitoring committees should always have the necessary preparation in this regard and try to take appropriate preventive and deterrent measures. The grounds for the formation of violations and crimes in this area should be eliminated.

He further emphasized the need for better and more judicial managers, especially prosecutors, in order to implement and strengthen the monitoring mechanisms during all stages, both before and during and after the elections.

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Baratizadeh, stating that in the field of elections, the law of the season of speech is considered as the most important criterion and criteria for evaluation and decision-making; He pointed out: fulfilling the legal duties and obligations and improving the monitoring levels in this direction can prevent the occurrence of possible abuses and crimes and violations, therefore it is necessary for legal representatives to participate and have a more active and effective presence in the electoral commissions.

Addressing judicial managers, including prosecutors, as representatives of the judicial system in this process, he stressed: they should behave and act in such a way that the duties and functions are in accordance with the expected expectations and the legal principles and standards are not neglected.

Referring to the formation of specialized committees for “coordination and monitoring” and “monitoring of behaviors and relationships in cyber space” in all stages of the previous elections, Baratizadeh said: the formation of these committees and these actions made us witness the formation of the least number of judicial cases, so in the previous elections Therefore, preventive programs and measures should be specially applied.

Dealing with premature advertising

The governor of North Khorasan stated in the meeting of the provincial headquarters of the provincial elections: With the end of the legal deadline for registration, the provincial commission for the review of advertising has been formed with the aim of announcing strategies, policies and advertising programs to the field of candidates.

Mohammad Reza Hosseinnejad added: The Ministry of Interior is conducting healthy elections based on the four strategies of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and those who advertise before the official and legal election process will be dealt with.

Emphasizing that managers should not use government facilities to advertise candidates, he said: “Electors have one vote like other people, and they have no role in the election process except to protect the health of the elections and protect the votes of the people.”

Actions of potential candidates are monitored and reviewed

The head of the North Khorasan election monitoring and inspection office said: 4,872 observers will monitor the elections of the 12th term of the Islamic Council and the 6th term of the Assembly of Leadership Experts in the province.

Abedin Abedi Moghadam also stated in a press conference with the media: 3,552 of these observers are men and 1,320 are women.

He said: Now the activity and performance of the current representatives and potential candidates in the 12th term of the Islamic Council elections and the 6th term of the Assembly of Leadership Experts will be monitored and analyzed.

Abedi Moghadam stated that the people’s vote is a religious trust and noted that the supervisory boards are responsible for the strict implementation of the law in order to ensure the integrity of the elections and they do not have the right to advertise for or against any candidate.

He added: The mission of the North Khorasan Election Monitoring and Inspection Office is to monitor a healthy and enthusiastic election, and in this regard, if someone creates favoritism or suspicion in any area, legal action will be taken.

Forecast of 895 polling stations in North Khorasan

The head of the provincial election headquarters said in the fifteenth meeting of the election headquarters: So far, 895 polling stations have been finalized to collect people’s votes in the elections of the sixth term of the Assembly of Leadership Experts and the twelfth term of the Islamic Council, and there is a possibility of increasing these branches.

Hassan Nahidi added: Nearly 18,000 people, including monitoring forces and agents of polling stations, inspectors and soldiers, etc., will cooperate in the elections.

He added: Elections are one of the important events of this year and a decisive point that will play a big role in all aspects, especially in the field of legislation.

Nahidi said: Out of the total of 215 people registered in the final election of the Islamic Council, 140 people were confirmed by the executive boards of the province, which is equivalent to the total number of participants in the previous stage of the election.
