Hotels were exempted from paying taxes

According to Aria Heritage, Director General of the Technical and Risk Management Office of the Tax Affairs Organization, Hojatullah Molayari, in a letter to the Director General of Medium Taxpayers of the Tax Affairs Organization, announced the tax exemption of hospitals, hotels and non-governmental tourism accommodation centers.

According to the said letter, based on Article 4 of the Executive Regulations of the Direct Taxes Law, hospitals, hotels and non-governmental tourism accommodation centers that have been issued operating licenses by the Ministries of Health or Tourism since the beginning of 2015, up to five years from the date of issuance of the license and in the regions Deprived up to 10 years from the date of issuance of the license of the relevant devices, they are exempt from tax and the corresponding tax will be calculated for them at a zero rate.
