According to the online economy report, this agreement was signed by Hojatullah Abdul Maliki, the secretary of the Supreme Council of Azad Regions, Seyed Morteza Bakhtiari, the head of the Imam Khomeini (RA) relief committee. After signing the agreement, Abdul Maleki said: Social officials of the free zones will be entrusted to the Imam Khomeini (RA) relief committee so that we can see the increase in productivity in these areas.

Hojatullah Abdul Maliki said: social responsibility in the direction of removing deprivation in free zones is one of the main tasks and axes of activity in these zones to reduce harm.

The purpose of the memorandum of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Free Zones and the head of the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee is to achieve synergy and coordination as much as possible in order to reduce all types of deprivation in the fields of education, health, employment, housing and essential life necessities in the free zones. Therefore, this memorandum is expected to have an impact on the livelihood and quality of life of the 1st to 3rd deciles of free zones.

The head of the Khomeini Relief Committee (H) also took this letter as a good omen and said: the successful performance of free zones in the field of social responsibilities can be spread to the whole country as a successful model. He considered free zones to have high capacity and said that these zones are pioneers in the field of social responsibilities.
