He added: “After July 6, the system of housing support plans for new applicants will be open for 15 days, so that at the same time with the implementation of the National Housing Movement for refined applicants, it will be possible to register new people.”
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development also explained regarding the opening of the accounts of the refined and approved applicants who were introduced to the bank: To speed up the implementation of the National Housing Movement.
Ghasemi emphasized: Every week, meetings of the Supreme Council of Urban Planning and Architecture should be held and the necessary decisions should be made regarding the annexation of lands to the plan of the National Housing Movement.
He said: “By planning and speeding up the work, we intend to exceed two million units by the end of September, when the foundation of the units of the National Housing Movement project is implemented.”
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated that the first priority of the General Managers of Roads and Urban Development is to implement support projects and said: in cities where there is no land problem, maximum cooperation should be done with the people to proceed with construction without their own density.
In another part of his speech addressed to the general managers of roads and urban planning of the provinces, Ghasemi stated: According to Article 4 of the Law on Housing Production Leap, banks must allocate 20% of the facilities to the housing sector, which is necessary for banks to cooperate. . Article 5 of the Housing Production Leap Law also emphasizes that the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development should take the necessary action to provide land from government lands for the implementation of projects of the Housing Production Leap Law in the implementation of Article 10 of the said law.
55,000 units of the National Movement plan were implemented by the Imam Command Headquarters
Ghasemi reminded: in the agreement between the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the executive headquarters of Imam Khomeini’s order, 100,000 units of the National Housing Movement plan should have been implemented by that executive headquarters, and now 55,000 units out of 100,000 units have been implemented and are being implemented.
Regarding the review of the implementation process of the National Housing Movement plan and its report to the President, he said: In the next two weeks, a meeting of the Supreme Housing Council will be held chaired by the President, in which the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development will implement the National Housing Movement plan separately. The Minister of Roads and Urban Development emphasized that at present there are no restrictions on benefiting from the ability of well-known contractors and mass builders in the implementation of the National Housing Movement plan: In most provinces, refinements are in the final stage, which should be accelerated.
