The construction of 23,600 villa housing units under the name “Life Campus” began on Thursday during a ceremony attended by the president in Yazd province.
These units will have one floor with a yard and three bedrooms in Yazd with a size of 240 meters and in other cities 250 meters. The construction of the units has been completed up to the stage of hardening and will be provided to the applicants for completion.
After the approval of Yazd Housing Council to cancel the construction of apartments in the National Housing Movement plan, it was decided that this plan will be built in the form of villa units in the province and will be available to the applicants, and the applicants who have already chosen apartment projects will be the last ones. In this plan, the apartment will be delivered to them.
Now, with the finalization of the land and the land preparation plan of 377 hectares in Yazd city, 6 thousand applicants can choose Pardis Zehndi settlement according to the notification SMS in this city.
In the 377-hectare site of Yazd city, priority is given to people with three or more children, natives of the province, married and single people, and finally people who register.
The 377-hectare lands of Fardis-Zindeh town on the Yazd-Taft road, the 400-hectare lands in Hassan Abad neighborhood and the 400-hectare lands at the beginning of the Yazd-Bafiq road are also among the places where the units of the National Housing Movement Plan are to be built in the form of villas.
So far, 118,000 people have registered in the system of the National Housing Movement, of which 46,000 people have been approved.
Yazd province is the leader in the national housing movement plan in the country and the first units of this plan were ready and put into operation in less than 10 months and after that 200 units were opened in Mehriz.
