Housing inflation was announced in February – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, the latest statistics on the inflation of goods and services show that in February 1401, the monthly housing inflation in the whole country reached 2.3%. This figure was 2.8% in January of this year, which indicates a 0.5% drop in housing price growth.

Point-to-point housing inflation, which shows the price change compared to the same month last year, indicates an increase of 41.7%. Last month, this index was 39.5 percent. Therefore, in this sector, we have faced a 2.2% increase in the housing inflation of the whole country.

Also, the growth of housing prices in the whole country in the 12 months ending in February 1401 has reached 34.8%, which shows a growth of 1.1% compared to 33.7% last month.

In the rent sector, according to the statistical center, the monthly, point by point and annual price index in February 1401 was 2.3%, 41.6% and 34.7% respectively. Meanwhile, the mentioned figures in January were 2.8%, 39.4% and 33.5%, respectively.

The review of the housing market of the whole country in the last 10 months shows that the monthly growth of housing prices in May is 2.5%, June is 2.3%, July is 3.8%, August is 2.8%, September is 3.5%. It was 6.1% in October, 3.7% in November, 2.8% in December, 2.8% in December and 2.3% in February.

The rate of monthly increase in rental rates in the whole country is 2.5% in May, 2.3% in June, 3.8% in July, 2.9% in August, 3.5% in September, 6.1% in October, 3.7% in November. The percentage was announced as 2.8 percent in December, 2.8 percent in December and 2.3 percent in February.
