Housing prices fell in the 19th district

Region 18 took the third place with a retreat of 3.32%. In August, the prices of 22, 17, and 9 regions decreased compared to July. According to Central Bank statistics, the most expensive housing transactions were recorded in Region 1, with an average price of 80 million and 540 thousand Tomans per meter, and the cheapest transactions were made in Region 18, with an average price of 20 million and 80 thousand Tomans.
Housing prices in district 5, as the best-selling district of Tehran, have reached an average of 54 million and 310 thousand tomans, and prices in this district have grown by 2.88%.
Housing prices increased in these areas
The highest price increase is related to regions 16, 20 and 12. While the average housing price in Tehran is 42 million and 720 thousand tomans per meter, in about 16 regions, the average housing price is below this rate.
The trend of housing transactions in August continued to decrease and in this month, 7,825 transactions were recorded, which is a 24% decrease compared to last month.
The decline of transactions can be seen in all regions, but region 21 has a record with a 40% decrease in transactions. Region 18, which is the cheapest region of Tehran, is in second place with 155 transactions and a 35% drop. Region 14 is also in second place with 430 transactions. It has experienced nearly 34%. This area is popular with first-time buyers who have little liquidity. The average price of housing in the 14-meter area is 31,500,000 tomans.
