According to Tejarat News, housing prices did not change much in Tehran today, Wednesday, September 9, 1401.
Quoted from Young Journalist ClubBased on field observations in different areas of Tehran, we see different prices according to the facilities around the house and its location. In this report, we collected a case of housing prices from the 22 districts of Tehran with a building life between 1 and 30 years and a size between 40 and 200 meters.
Note that the prices are in Tomans per square meter and are approximate, because the price of housing in Tehran changes according to the type of building, facilities, street or owner’s opinion.

Monthly housing price inflation in Tehran
Quoted from IbenaMonthly inflation means the percentage change of the price index number of the current month compared to the previous month. In August 1401, the monthly inflation of residential apartment prices in Tehran was 1.8%. While the monthly inflation of this month has decreased by 6.5 percentage points compared to July (8.3%).
Point-to-point inflation of residential apartment prices in Tehran reached 44.0% in August 1401. Point-to-point inflation in August has decreased by 1.2 percentage points compared to the previous month (45.2%).
Point-to-point inflation means the percentage change in the price index compared to the same month of the previous year.
The annual inflation rate of residential apartments in Tehran reached 28.4% in August 1401, which has increased by 1.3 percentage points compared to the same information in the previous month (27.1%). The annual inflation rate is the percentage change of the average numbers of the price index in a year ending with the current month, compared to the index of the same period of the previous year.
The weighted average price of residential apartments sold in 22 districts of Tehran in August 1401 reached 45 million and 148 thousand tomans and 42 million and 839 thousand tomans, respectively.
In this month, district 1 with a weighted average price of 854 million and 491 thousand rials (85 million and 499 thousand tomans) has the highest price and district 18 with a weighted average price of 222 million and 675 thousand rials (22 million and 267 thousand tomans) has the lowest price among the 22 districts of Tehran. .
