Housing price trends in Tehran/ 88 billion tomans fine for real estate consultants – Tejaratnews
According to Tejarat News, the Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province announced a 20% decrease in housing prices in Tehran.
Hossein Jannati reminded: From May of this year in Tehran, the new cities of Parand, Pardis and Andisheh and all the cities of the province, we started to organize 21 thousand real estate consultants in the province through the operation of organizing patrols of real estate consultants.
He continued: After about 6 months from the start of the work, along with the 10-20% adjustment of housing prices in most parts of Tehran province, 4500 unauthorized real estate consultants have been identified in the province.
He stated: During the mentioned period, during 11 thousand field visits, 1400 unauthorized real estate consulting firms were sealed and 880 billion Rials in fines were collected and handed over to the government treasury.
Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran province said: The organization of real estate consultants will continue until the end of 1402 with power in Tehran city, new cities and cities of the province with the support of governors.
