Searched like inflation and exchange rate.

Stating that organizing the housing market will help to improve rents, he reminded: housing is considered one of the most popular investments and this popularity can be checked in the fact that price suppression of a product can be done by importing, but because housing It does not have the ability to import, it creates popularity for the people of the society to make their investments in this sector, while the lack of efficient taxation in the housing sector has increased the popularity of this sector in the past years, and the result of these attractions has caused the price of housing to increase in 17 years. The increase in rental rates in different cities

Referring to the increase in rent rates in different cities, the head of the Majlis Research Center said: A look at the rent growth statistics in different cities shows that the growth of this sector in small cities has been higher than in big cities, which is due to the lack of profitability. Housing with the purpose of renting can be searched in small cities, therefore, management in the field of rent should be focused on small cities as well.

He stated that the rent is always a function of the housing price with a delay, and stated: Many believe that if we want to solve the issue of the rent in the medium and long term, we must examine the main components that affect the housing market. put

He added: In the issue of rent, some people raise the issue of organizing real estate consultants, and that the mechanism of determining the amount of real estate consultants’ fees, which is subject to a percentage of the transaction value, creates a kind of conflict of interest, and with the increase in the rental rate, their fees also increase. In this context, some people raise the issue of changing the basis for calculating real estate consultants’ fees based on the transaction and rental value of real estate based on issues 54 and 64 of the Direct Taxes Law.
