The housing market recorded a 5.8 percent monthly price growth in the last month, with the increase in region 1 by 3.2 percent, region 2 by 7.9 percent, region 3 by 9.2 percent, and region 4 by 3.2 percent. 3.8 percent, district 5 as the most transactional district of Tehran was 8.1 percent, district 10 was equal to 7.2 percent, district 14 was equal to 3.1 percent and district 15 was equal to 8.1 percent.

The second place belongs to region 2 with 9.3%, the third place belongs to region 4 with 8.8% and the fourth place belongs to region 10 with 8.4% of all transactions. Meanwhile, in May of this year, Region 10 had the second place in terms of the number of transactions, which reached the third place in June. It is currently in fourth place.
