Housing prices in Tehran / expensive neighborhoods in the west and north of Tehran

According to the information in the table below, Punak and Shahr-e-Ara have been registered with an average price of 48 million Tomans and Abazar with a price of 49 million Tomans.

Marzdaran neighborhood with an average price of 54 million Tomans and Darabad and Seyed Khandan with an average price of 56 million Tomans were registered. Each meter of apartment in Yousefabad, Gisha and Heravi neighborhoods was announced in the range of 60 million Tomans.

Each meter of apartment in Zafar neighborhood has been advertised with an average price of 64 million Tomans.

The average price in the neighborhoods of Azgol, Ekhtiarieh and Gholhak, which are in the neighborhoods of the first and third districts of Tehran Municipality, is in the range of 66 million Tomans.
