Housing prices increase in the north of Tehran / 62% increase in rents in Jordan


According to Tejarat News, based on housing prices and monthly rent in some areas and neighborhoods in the north of Tehran and the ads on the Divar website, a list of the average apartment rent in the third district of Tehran Municipality has been obtained along with the increase in rent in the past year.

According to the table below, Jordan with 62% increase in rental rate in the past year had the highest percentage increase and Vanak with 31% increase in price had the lowest rate increase.

Seyed Khandan and Darous neighborhoods were associated with a 35% price increase from October 2016 to October 2014. Mirdamad neighborhood has also seen a 46 percent increase in apartment rental rates over the past year.

Gholhak and Ekhtiarieh recorded the highest percentage increase in rent with a 54% increase in rental rates along with Jordan neighborhood with a 62% increase in rents among the neighborhoods of Tehran’s three municipalities.
