According to Tejarat News, the Statistics Center announced in the latest report of the consumer price index in November 1401 that House price The whole country has increased by 3.7% in the last month.

According to ISNA, the point-to-point growth rate, that is, the comparison of the price growth compared to November of last year, also shows an increase of 39.2%. The annual inflation, which depicts the price growth in the 12 months ending in November 1401, also indicates an increase of 31.5%.

The month before that, October, all three mentioned indicators were 6.1%, 36.3% and 30.3% respectively. Based on this, the statistics report that although the annual inflation has faced some growth in November 1401, in the last month, the acceleration of housing rate growth has decreased.

In the rental sector, prices increased by 3.7% in November 1401 compared to October of the same year. The rental rate has grown by 39.1% compared to November of last year and by 31.3% in the 12 months ending in November of this year.

Rent inflation last month (October) was announced as 6.1 percent, 36 percent, and 31.1 percent, respectively, in three monthly, point-by-point, and annual growth indicators.

The review of the housing market of the whole country in the last eight months indicates that the monthly growth of housing prices was 2.5% in May, 2.3% in June, 3.8% in July, 2.8% in August, 3.5% in September, 6.1% in October and 3.7% in November.

The rate of monthly growth of rental rates in the whole country was also announced in May 2.5%, June 2.3%, July 3.8%, August 2.9%, September 3.5%, October 6.1% and November 3.7%.

It seems that with the end of the moving season, the gradual decrease in inflationary expectations and the decrease in the growth rate of housing prices in Tehran have gradually affected the housing market of the whole country and this sector has reached relative stability.

Field reports from Tehran show that there is relative calm in the housing market. In October of this year, the monthly price growth rate has increased by 1.2% to zero, and transactions have reached their lowest level this year with around 5400 items.

Currently, according to the index of the central bank, the average price per meter of house in Tehran is 43.7 million tomans and according to the index of the statistics center, it is 46.4 million tomans. On the other hand, due to the existing conditions of the society, the inflationary expectations in the housing sector have decreased and the ground is ready for the entry of consumer demand. The November price report of Tehran has not yet been submitted.
