Housing purchase facility increased – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, the housing purchase facility in Tehran increased to 400 million tomans for properties that are up to 25 years old and to 320 million tomans for properties that are 25 to 30 years old.

Individual housing purchase facilities in provincial centers and cities with more than 200,000 inhabitants increased by 320 million tomans for 25-year-old properties and 240 million tomans for 25-30-year properties.

This facility in other regions was changed to 240 million and 160 million tomans respectively for 25 and 25 to 30 year properties.

Housing purchase facility for couples in Tehran was 800 million tomans for properties that are up to 25 years old and 640 million tomans for properties that are 25 to 30 years old.

Couples who live in provincial centers and cities with a population of over 200,000 people can now receive 640 million tomans for 25-year-old buildings and 480 million tomans for 25-30-year-old buildings.

This facility was changed to 480 and 320 million tomans respectively for 25 and 25-30 year old buildings in other areas.

The facility of Jaala was 160 million tomans without any conditions in all areas and for all properties.
