Housing tax of Mehr until 1402 – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, in the 1402 budget bill, a tax of three hundred thousand tomans has been announced for each housing unit.
In the budget bill of 1402, the tax for the years 1398 to 1402 for each Mehr housing unit is set at 300 thousand tomans in the form of a memorandum with builders and contractors.
According to Paragraph A of Note 11 with the subject of housing and transportation (one-year provisions) of the 1402 budget bill, the amount of tax for Mehr housing projects for each unit of Mehr housing for the years 1398 to 1402 in tripartite MOU projects with builders and cooperatives and subcontractors who are parties to the contract with them With any type of contract or the introduction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, three million Rials will be determined for each unit, and no other taxes will be charged to these projects except the value added tax for the purchase of materials. The Tax Administration is obliged to issue a tax statement after receiving this tax.
Also, according to paragraph “b” of Note 11, for the organization of informal settlements located outside the city limits and the provision of necessary infrastructure in these areas, including mosques, schools, police stations, street lighting, radio and television stations, health infrastructure, water supply infrastructure and electricity and other urban facilities required by the planning and development council of the provinces are obliged to determine the share of these areas based on the resident population from the tolls of Article (39) of the Value Added Tax Law and spend on depriving and improving the same areas.
The executive regulations of this paragraph are prepared and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers within one month after the promulgation of the law by the country’s program and budget organization.
