How many meters is the national housing?
According to Tejarat News, out of four million units of the National Housing Movement plan, about 615 thousand units are to be built in new cities. Based on this, the construction land of this number of units has been provided and the New Cities Development Company is ready to start the executive operations of these units.
Housing construction program in the form of production jump and housing supply plan (National Housing Movement) in 32 cities and 3 new towns located in 13 provinces of the country, including the provinces of East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Alborz, Bushehr, Tehran, Khorasan Razavi, Khuzestan , Semnan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Fars, Markazi and Hormozgan. The new cities have provided the capacity to build 615,622 housing units in the mentioned provinces.
Offer to pay a loan of 450 million Tomans per unit
Habibaullah Taherkhani, CEO of the New Cities Development Company, said about the amount brought by the applicants of the National Housing Movement units: “Fortunately, bank loans cover a significant amount of construction costs.” The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has the authority to set the loan ceiling floating based on the diagnosis in different areas. Our suggestion is that the new cities follow the model of Tehran metropolis and loans of 400 to 450 million Tomans will be allocated to each unit.
Most help is given to the first to third deciles
Taherkhani emphasized that the repayment period of bank facilities is 20 years: the long repayment period of the loan gives the applicants a good opportunity to pay the low installments. The government is also trying to provide maximum assistance to the first to third deciles in terms of bank interest rates and building permit fees. The amount brought by these deciles will also be low.
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development said that one of the other ways to help the applicants of the National Housing Movement units is to diversify the units in terms of area and said: We had to avoid it. For this reason, in each block, we will have a variety of meters to meet the needs of applicants according to their tastes and abilities. Therefore, we probably consider the area of the units between 60 and 80 meters and higher.
