Among the ads in area 10, the price of the units starts from about 1 billion 200 million tomans and finally reaches a price between 4 billion and 4 billion 500 million tomans.

This region has three districts and 10 neighborhoods, and the construction of its oldest district dates back to 1304 and the newest one to 1354; This area also has a road from the north to Azadi and from the south to Qazvin Street.

District 10 is also considered a good place for people who have a lot of traffic due to going to work or study because it has good access to subway and bus.

With all this, the biggest problem that can be considered for this area of ​​Tehran municipality is the large population. Overcrowding is the most important factor that makes families hesitate to buy a house in this area.

The average price of housing in region 10 during April this year was 23 million and 534 thousand tomans and now according to the latest statistics it has reached 33 million and 479 thousand tomans.

Also, the number of transactions has increased from 345 in April 1401 to 740 in December.. The highest statistics belong to the month of June with 1,249 transactions. After that, May is in the next rank with 153 transactions.

The average housing price has increased by 46.7 percent since April this year, and the number of transactions has also experienced a growth of 2.6 percent.
