How much is the legal holiday for workers?

The amount paid to each of the employees should not exceed the equivalent of ninety days of legal minimum daily wage.

According to the above, the legal minimum of Eid is 60 days minimum wage and no worker should receive less than this amount of Eid; However, the limit of Eid, which in this law is 90 days of the minimum wage approved by the Supreme Labor Council, can be increased according to the “customs of the workshop”. The law approved by the parliament in 1370 has recognized the influence of workshop custom on the amount of Eid paid to working workers. In the note 2 of the article of Eidi, it is stated: “In workshops that pay more than the above amounts according to the current practice of the workshop, the custom of the workshop will be valid.”
