How to protest against a vehicle violation

According to the online economy report, quoted by Mehr, Colonel Ali Asghar Sharifi, the head of the Greater Tehran Traffic Police Information Center, said this morning in the Safe City program regarding the protest against the illegal condition of the car: Many drivers protest about the condition of their car and before They go to the traffic police enforcement center, they are sure that the registered violation is not for them, but when our experts show the photo of their car on the same date and time and from different angles to the driver, they are surprised for a moment and accept the violation.
He added: But there are also some who have not committed any violation, but they receive a text message that they have committed a violation, or in the case of these owners, violations have been recorded that they have not actually committed, so what is the duty of these people and what action should they take?
Colonel Sharifi said: Regarding the violations and protesting them, this right and path has been opened for the drivers who can protest them.
The head of the Tehran Traffic Police Information Center stated: There is a section in the Executive Center and Traffic Police Clearance Headquarters that handles this issue.
How to appeal a traffic fine?
He said: According to Article 7 of the law on dealing with traffic violations, there are committees to deal with violations, in which the complaints of drivers are heard by my colleagues and registered by providing the driver with a protest form.
Sharifi added: My colleagues will carefully examine these objections and if there is an objection, they will send it to the judge.
The head of the Traffic Police Information Center of Greater Tehran stated: The traffic police cannot remove these violations and there must be a judge on this board who, based on the opinion of the traffic police and an expert officer, and if possible, the violation that you have committed examine the objection you have and remove it.
Colonel Sharifi continued: Regarding the removal of violations, drivers should know that the necessary documents must be submitted to the traffic and the relevant judge.
He said: But some drivers may object to the fact that their license plates have been tampered with. In these centers, my colleagues and I have carefully controlled this issue with the systems they have, and if they find out that the license plates have been tampered with by someone else, they will commit violations. It will be removed for them and the person who committed that violation (and it is considered a crime) will be contacted and introduced to the judicial authority.
