According to the Mehr reporter, last season Sepahan Isfahan defender Georgi Golsiani joined Persepolis as the sixth summer transfer purchase to be among Yahya Golmohammadi’s students next season.
The Georgian defender of the newcomer to Persepolis, who is fluent in Persian due to his years of presence in the country’s football, said after joining the team: “I will talk to you from a distance.” I am happy to say that I joined the biggest football team in Iran.
Golsiani added: “Soon I will see you Red Army supporters in Tehran.”
