I can’t live without my camera/ I am the first audience of every program – Mehr news agency Iran and world’s news

Iqbal Vahedi, a veteran TV host, told Mehr reporter about his limited presence in the field of television programs these days: I prefer to be a host in a program that I enjoy the atmosphere and the topic. I am the first audience of a program and if I connect with it myself and I like it, I accept its performance, otherwise I prefer not to host the program.

He, who these days is in charge of running a program called “Village Itinerary”, recalled: These days I produce the “Village Itinerary” program and am in charge of its implementation, which is a 50-minute program a week and on Thursdays It will be broadcast at 10 am.

Vahidi explained about this program, of which 100 episodes have been broadcast so far: I am going to record 26 more episodes for this program, and I think our villages have the capacity to continue such programs for years. Our villages seem to give birth every year and the phenomena related to the villages materially and culturally cannot be finished.

Pointing out that he takes a few cameras with him on his trips, this veteran presenter said: I am an opportunistic person and I always have 2-3 cameras with me and I also take interviews in some tourist places. In fact, I think I can’t live without my camera.

He, who recently went to Qazvin, said about his presence in this city and the weak atmosphere of television productions in the field of cultural heritage of our country: I was one of the judges of the cultural heritage festival in the field of video clips and television reports. Basically, the field of cultural heritage is special and specialized, and the film or program we see about cultural heritage is not supposed to be a fictional work like different genres, of course, the story can be involved with these subjects and linked with tourism, cultural heritage and handicrafts. which we have seen in some works, such as “Farsh Bad” or “Gebeh”, where such an incident happened.
