I can’t tarnish my credit

Hassan Dadshekar, who recently underwent surgery due to heart disease, says that he is much better, but unfortunately, the conditions are not such that he can work.
Charso Press: This artist with a background in theater, who is mostly active in the field of children’s and teenagers’ theater, talks about the difficulty of theater work in the current situation, that he cannot tarnish his reputation for many years, and that he cannot look at theater as mere entertainment.
He says: Fortunately, I am much better and God gave me a new health.
When asked if he has any plans to perform a new work, this artist explains: There is work, but unfortunately there is no support, while the theater cannot stand without financial support. On the other hand, I am not satisfied to work for the box office. Therefore, by force, I have stayed away from performing in the theater.
Dadshekar continues by pointing to the difficulty of theater work in the current situation: forced by circumstances, we knock on every door, we face various problems. First of all, wherever we want to work, there are many people standing in line, and on the other hand, cultural phenomena are not given enough importance. While I would like to continue the path that I started a long time ago, with the same style and style. I don’t want to destroy my artistic image for many years due to the concern of bread, but performing theater in these conditions requires running that I can’t do anymore. The situation is very difficult and it is much more difficult to pass through it.
This theater director and actor, who has worked with the center for intellectual development for many years and has staged many works in this place, adds: I prefer to work with the center because I feel like it is my home, even though its budget is less than other centers. For is a priority. But I am not ready to give in to things that neither my knowledge nor my view of the theater allows me to go to entertaining works.
Emphasizing the social duty of theater, he notes: a theater that is devoid of thought is a show and not a theater. Of course, there must be different types of theaters, as it is in the world, but we have not followed the path taken by the theaters of the world, and sometimes we want to jump without following this path, which is not possible, because the path of theater is taken with enough thought, energy and strength. But we have learned to settle for these crooked and infectious sparks.
Dadshekar reminds: theater cannot work without accounts and without strong cultural supports and inclusive social contexts. We raised a generation, but unfortunately nothing happened after that and this flow did not continue.
