“I Forget You” was nominated for Best Picture at the American Film Festival

Theater News Base: The Forward 2022 Film Festival in the United States seeks to promote and encourage filmmakers’ creative endeavors by showing their work in an annual festival setting. The festival is held in two sections: short films (maximum duration 60 minutes) and feature films (duration 90 to 120 minutes).

All films submitted to the festival will be reviewed by the festival officials and based on the cinematic features of the work, before being displayed on the festival’s Facebook page, they will be selected online by the participants and a maximum of 10 festival officials. The final nominee will be selected from the films submitted for the competition.

The jury then reviews the films selected as finalists and determines which films will be the best short film, best feature film and best film of the 2022 Forward Film Festival, and these films will be awarded cash prizes for their cinematic efforts.

All competitive and non-competitive films will be eligible for the popular certification of Forwardin movie lovers.

“I Forget You” has been nominated for Best Picture at the 7th American Forward Film Festival

The film has been screened at various festivals in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India, and has received two awards for best director and three awards for best film. Mitra Hajar also won Best Actor at the San Francisco Film Festival and Maziar Fallahi won Best Actor at the American Wind Festival for her role in the film.

The synopsis of “I Forget You” reads: Damon, the sacked coach of a popular club, confronts a girl with whom he had an affair many years ago.

In this film, actors such as Hossein Yari, Azadeh Mehdizadeh, Mitra Hajar, Mah Chehre Khalili, Maziar Fallahi, Khashayar Rad and Bita Atshani have played roles.
