This bridge was built on the remains of an older bridge attributed to the Seljuk period and named Khatun Bridge, and its reconstruction in the Safavid period gave this structure the appearance of the bridges of the Safavid period. Another building located in Karaj is the Shah Abbasi Caravanserai building, which is in Shah Abbasi square and I remember it was a restaurant for a while. It has a palace in Sulaymaniyah, which is now located in Karaj University of Agriculture. There are also one or two historical hills in Karaj.
He continued: Among these historical monuments in Karaj, I like the girl’s bridge the most, which I always pass by. The middle of this bridge has been destroyed for some time now, and scaffolding was installed last week to repair it. Many times when we went to the side of this bridge with the children, I thought about how many people crossed this bridge happily and sadly. I have some old photos of this bridge that are from the time of Naseruddin Shah. At that time, there was no bridge and river full of water in this area, and for this reason, Pol Dokhtar is considered one of the attractions of this area.

Rajabi also gave advice to travelers and tourists and he said: First, I recommend that if they are interested in historical monuments, they should see them because I believe that seeing is different from looking and seeing is deeper than looking. On the one hand, appreciate these buildings and keep in mind that there is only one of every building on the planet and thousands of people have lived in these buildings. Due to its importance due to its proximity to Tehran, the city of Karaj has its own characteristics, and those are its mountainous, natural and agricultural features that can be seen and enjoyed and enjoyed in the spring, as there are many agricultural lands around Karaj. which has reached the growth of agricultural products in Nowruz, and in the north of Karaj mountains from Taleghan to Karaj Chalus road, there are many beautiful resorts and villages. In general, all the scenic areas of Iran have a special beauty in Farvardin and Ardibehesht, and I ask people to be diligent in maintaining it and not harming it when visiting nature.
He continued: “For Nowruz, it would be very good if hotel and accommodation facilities are provided for tourists.” The most convenient of them are the parks, which are better prepared for Nowruz travelers to relax. Even if the municipalities and educational institutions have halls, they should provide them to the people, because finally, due to the uncertainty of the weather, people cannot pitch tents in some areas and they need a roofed space.
