So far, 341,000 units in villages and small towns have been implemented by the Housing Foundation, and the program of identifying public and private lands for the implementation of projects began in 1402 and will be carried out until June this year.
According to Tejarat News, the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation plans to support and build 400,000 units of the National Housing Movement in villages, cities with less than 25,000 people and some cities with more than 25,000 people. Small has been implemented by the Housing Foundation. At the beginning of February last year, the average progress of urban units under the supervision of the Housing Foundation was 23% and that of rural units was 45%. Currently, more than 72 thousand units have passed the foundation stage. More than 3,000 units are under construction and nearly 200 units have been opened and handed over to the public. The 3,000 units that are in the final stages will be opened in April 1402 at the same time as the anniversary of the establishment of the hundred Imam (RA) account.
Regarding this year’s plans, Hamidreza Sohrabi – Vice President of Urban Housing of Maskan Foundation – has said: The foundation has started to identify private government lands in cities with a population of less than 25,000 in order to be able to make the necessary agreements for the production of housing in the coming year, and if The need to join with the legal conditions.
He pointed out that the provision of land for the implementation of the National Housing Movement plan is a time-consuming process and agreements must be made with the private sector and natural resources, and the legal process for annexing the area must be done, he said: for this purpose, the lands identified in the design and planning committee And the planning council is assigned the assignment.
Sohrabi told the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development news website: The results of the investigation of the identified and introduced lands in cities with a population of less than 25,000 people will be announced by the first 3 months of 1402 at the latest, so that housing construction can begin on land without problems.
