According to Tejarat News, the General Assembly of Bank D was held in a situation where the shareholders raised strong objections to the performance of the bank and the non-approval of the financial statements.

Images from the Annual General Meeting of Bank D reached Tejarat News a few minutes ago, which indicated that the atmosphere of this meeting was tense. The shareholders strongly objected to the closure of this bank’s shares for nine months (until June 29, 1401), as well as the published financial statements. The shareholders also objected to the absence of the representative of the stock exchange organization in this assembly.

It is said that the presence of police and security forces in the hall was very strong. Apparently, there was a conflict between the protesting shareholders and some employees in the hall.
