Implementation of Nowruz handicrafts markets in Tehran

According to Aria Heritage, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of Tehran, Zahra Babaei announced the news on Thursday, March 10, 2009: “The sale of handicraft artists was emphasized.”

The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department of Tehran stated: “Nowruz handicrafts markets are located near the most visited tourist places with the aim of introducing Tehran as a tourist destination.”

“In this meeting, it was approved to increase the provision of desirable services to tourists by increasing synergies between the devices and intensifying monitoring,” he added.
