He added: Motorcycle riders should not use this vehicle in snowy and slippery conditions, because in these conditions, if they brake at once, they will cause the motorcycle to overturn, or some riders will accelerate at once, which will overturn due to the low friction of this vehicle. It is recommended not to use a motorcycle under these conditions.
