Mehdi Sahabi; Credit Manager of the Central Bank said: Last year, the limit of marriage loan facilities was 70 million and 100 million, of which 100 million was for men under 25 years old and women under 23 years old, this limit increased to 120 million and 150 million tomans this year.
He added: Since the beginning of the year when the budget law was promulgated, the colleagues prepared the necessary instructions and communicated them to the banking network, and until today 185 thousand people have received this facility in the amount of 122.5 Hamats. This rate has increased by 54% compared to last year.
This official stated: At the beginning of the year, when the law on loan facilities for children was promulgated, colleagues at the central bank prepared the relevant system, and the system was ready on April 31. 807 thousand people used this facility for the amount of 32.7 hemats. Usually, these ceilings are increased in the budget. If a ceiling is increased, we will notify it to the banking network.
Sahabi emphasized: Housing deposit is another micro-facility with which the Central Bank is related. In July of this year, the Money and Credit Council approved that the housing facilities of 100, 70 and 40 million tomans respectively in Tehran, metropolitan cities and other regions will be paid from the quota of the housing production surge law. From July until today, cases were filed for the payment of the share of the facility to 222 thousand people.
