He added: According to this regulation, real or legal occupiers before 2014 who have built buildings on government lands located in approved informal settlements owned by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the National Land and Housing Organization, or the Urban Renewal Company of Iran, can To file a case and receive a document, refer to the road and urban development departments.

Stating that this issue happened for the first time in the 13th People’s Government, this official said: One of the benefits of receiving a document in informal settlements is the possibility of using the document as collateral to receive housing renovation facilities.

The General Director of Roads and Urban Development of Hamadan further stated: the increase in willingness to renovate and strengthen the residential building, the possibility of issuing permits and completion of work, and the possibility of increasing investment in the neighborhood are among the other benefits of receiving documents in informal settlements.

He also stated: Applicants have until the end of 1402 to receive ownership documents in informal settlements in Hamadan.
