In an effort to compete with Apple; Honor’s CEO challenged the iPhone

The Honor brand, which is known for its innovations, recently unveiled a mobile phone called the Honor Magic V2, which is the thinnest foldable phone in the world. Now, in a new interview, the CEO of this company has emphasized the importance of competition with iPhone and Apple’s monopoly, and says that one should look for transformation and innovation in the entire industry.

According to the website GizmochinaZhao Ming, the CEO of Honor, said about the emergence of the iPhone and the dominance of this product in the market: “20 years ago, who would have thought that the iPhone could surpass Nokia? We should not be afraid to challenge the iPhone. Success requires people who are looking for challenges and we must believe in our potential. Limiting ourselves by assuming that success is impossible is useless.”

Despite the rumors about the production of iPhone and MacBook with a folding screen, the CEO of Honor is not afraid of this competition. “If the iPhone goes for foldable technology, it’s a positive development because it shows that more players are entering this market,” he says. But even if the iPhone keeps its flat screen, Honor will continue to progress and push the boundaries.”

Honor does not consider it impossible to compete with Apple

Zhao Ming says that in this competitive market, one should not worry or be afraid of competitors’ actions. He explains: “Fear is only a form of self-consolation; Because often what we fear turns into reality.”

Honor’s CEO emphasized the importance of strengthening the brand’s position in the market and said that they should focus on visualizing the future. Although the iPhone has huge system capabilities, Honor will continue to pursue new innovations.

Predicting the future is difficult. The dimensions of Apple and Honor are not comparable to each other, but as Mr. Ming says, anything can happen in the future and it remains to be seen who can dominate the next generation of products.
